Criminal Defense

Drunk Driving:

Sex Crimes:
It is important to consult with an attorney as soon as possible. There are many issues that must be reviewed with the client. For instance in so-called “Sex crimes”, the charges can be misdemeanors with possible county jail time, or felonies with maximum penalties of a sentence to life in prison. Additionally, should there be a conviction, the defendant will be required to register as a sex offender. This registration will have many impacts on a defendant’s life, which can include where a person may live, who the person cannot have contact with, restrictions on use of the internet, and restrictions on employment.

Drug Crimes:
Drug crimes include possession with intent to sell, possession with intent to deliver, possession, transportation, manufacture and trafficking. Drug offenses can include both misdemeanors and/or felonies with maximum penalties ranging from a county jail sentence to life in prison. A conviction for a drug crime may include, aside from a prison sentence, suspension of your driving privilege, mandatory submission to random drug tests. Also, penalties include attendance at a residential drug treatment center, attendance at AA or NA meetings, as well as substantial fines.
